Red snow crab meat -- knuckle, trailer leg, propdus meat

Red crab meat, no artifical color added, the color is from the skin of the crab meat, 100% real crab meat, 100% natural.

This is made from extracted meat in carpus, propodus and trailer leg. These parts of meat are covered by a carotenoid membrane, that explains where the red-orange color comes from.

This product is ideally mixed with the minced white shoulder meat to have the new salad meat product.
